II. BUSINESS HISTORY:

Patt began his real estate development business in 1972 developing neighborhood shopping centers.

1972 - Present: Trading under names of specific projects, developed over 75 real estate projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, South Carolina, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, New York and New Jersey.

Developed real estate projects including neighborhood and community shopping centers; multi-family housing from oceanfront high-rise condominiums to apartments for low and moderate income families and the elderly; Planned Communities from 100 homes to 1,000 homes; hotels; assisted living communities; office buildings; warehouses; manufactured home parks; Family Vacation Resort: restaurant; retail store; campgrounds; marinas; lodge; cottages; villas; Waterpark and replica of Mississippi Side Wheeler.
